You and your customers may employ the Platform solely for lawful purposes in alignment with these Terms. You agree to maintain all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations. Responsibility lies with you for the actions of employees, agents, and customers using the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
Your Platform usage implies consent to our Privacy Policy. You must implement and enforce your Privacy Policy for customers, ensuring it aligns with Power Partners's standards.
Protect your Login Credentials and report unauthorized access promptly. Power Partners may disable Login Credentials if Terms violations are suspected.
When using communication features, you are solely responsible for compliance with relevant laws. Power Partners acts solely as a technology platform provider.
Power Partners may integrate Third Party Services within the Platform. We disclaim liability for issues arising from their use and do not endorse or guarantee Third-Party Content accuracy.
You may customize specific sections of the Platform with your branding. However, you assume full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues arising from your modifications. Power Partners reserves the right to remove modifications without notice.
Power Partners may apply reasonable usage limits to ensure platform performance, reliability, and security. Excessive usage may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of access at Power Partners’s discretion.
Power Partners retains the right to implement updates or modifications to the Platform. Continued access to the Platform is not dependent on the availability of any specific functionality or feature.
Access to the Platform is prohibited in embargoed countries or for sanctioned persons. Power Partners does not guarantee suitability or availability of materials outside the United States. Users accessing the Platform from other locations do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.
Power Partners retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not use the Power Partners name, logo, or trademark without prior written consent.
The Platform and its content are proprietary assets of Power Partners or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to access and utilize the Platform Content solely while using the Platform. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Power Partners Marks are registered trademarks and service marks. Any use without prior written consent, particularly in ways likely to cause confusion or misrepresentation, is strictly prohibited. Removal of any Power Partners Marks or proprietary notices is also prohibited.
User Contributions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing User Contributions, you grant Power Partners and its service providers perpetual rights to use, reproduce, and disclose them. Power Partners reserves the right to delete or remove User Contributions violating these Terms at any time.
Users are prohibited from posting unlawful, threatening, abusive, or infringing User Contributions on the Platform. Contributions must not violate intellectual property rights or breach Platform security.
Feedback provided to Power Partners is voluntary and non-confidential. You grant Power Partners perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use any Feedback without restrictions. By submitting Feedback, you confirm its originality and your rights to disclose it to Power Partners.
In cases of copyright or intellectual property infringement, please submit a DMCA notice including: a signature of the authorized person, a description of the copyrighted work, the specific location of the infringing material, your contact details, a good faith belief statement, and a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
Power Partners reserves the right to limit Platform access or terminate the account of any user found to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Power Partners collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Power Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Your sole remedy and our maximum liability are limited to the total amount you paid for Services during the three (3) month period preceding the incident. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Power Partners harmless against all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform.
Time Limit: Any claim related to these Terms or the Platform must be filed within three (3) months of the incident, or it is permanently barred.
Power Partners provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, whether express or implied. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. Without limiting the foregoing, Power Partners makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be effective, accurate, or reliable.
Power Partners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Power Partners reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
You agree that a breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to Power Partners, and we may seek equitable relief without having to post a bond or security.
No waiver by Power Partners of any term or provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Power Partners may assign its rights under these Terms without notice, while you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
New customers who purchase the Solopreneur Plan are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To qualify, you must submit a written refund request within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Subject to the usage-charge provisions below, an eligible customer will receive a refund of the initial $97 monthly subscription payment and the $500 one-time setup fee.
The Solopreneur Plan includes an initial $10 wallet credit that may be used for email delivery, artificial intelligence features, phone calls, text messages, and other usage-based services provided through the RewardLion Platform.
The initial $10 wallet credit has no cash value and is not refundable.
Any wallet funds added by the customer, and any email, artificial intelligence, telephone, text messaging, or other usage-based charges incurred during the 30-day guarantee period, are nonrefundable.
If a customer requests a refund after using more than the included $10 wallet credit, all additional usage charges remain the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.
Usage pricing is estimated and may vary depending on the applicable service provider, destination, message length, call duration, artificial intelligence consumption, carrier fees, taxes, and other factors. Current usage charges may include:

These rates are estimates only and may change. A detailed breakdown of wallet activity, credits, and usage charges is available in the customer’s transaction report.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the customer support email address listed on our website. The request should include the customer’s full name, account email address, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of the Solopreneur Plan. It does not apply to renewal payments, wallet credits, wallet reloads, usage-based charges, additional services, upgrades, add-ons, third-party fees, taxes, or customers who previously received a refund from Power Partners.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not result in a refund for charges already incurred, except as expressly provided under this 30-day money-back guarantee.
Upon cancellation or approval of a refund, access to the RewardLion Platform, training materials, webinars, community, support services, and all other Solopreneur Plan benefits may be terminated immediately.
